THERE's mom! The clock on the wall says 5:15, this is the last time that we knew or cared what time it was for about a week.
This shot was taken by the nurse who wheeled Jakey in to us about 5 seconds after Karen took the previous picture. She was a lovely woman who left the room and cried after she took this picture, later she told us that she and her husband were trying to adopt a child. God bless you nurse lady! We will be praying for you for sure!
Jacob and dad are awful glad that you could join us mom. She was visibly shaken until she joined us and her heart melted straight away... soft as butter.
